Account theft, HELP please

I manage an iberic division 3 team, C.b Oar Ferrol, and one of my players had been stolen his account. The name of the player is Jose C Sobrino, and his account is sobri. The thief account is ziomek. Could you please, some admin, retunr the account to his real owner?
