Front / Secret Hideout Wanted
Due to my real estate agent currently being out of town, I post this add against my better judgement.
!! Commercial Property wanted to rent or buy !! Sought: A large premises (preferably in a corner position) with alley at rear, that can be used as (or could easily be renovated to be) a deli, cafe, restaurant, bar, strip joint... ideally all of the above. Must have; both front & rear exits as a minimum, separate office, large storeroom/staff areas in back, upstairs apartment/residence, large basement/cellar with walk in coolroom/freezer & with own rear alley access. Private underground parking preferred but not essential. Must be located in a predominantly Italian/Irish/Jewish/Chinese/Russian area of town near to; a barber shop, florist, funeral directors, dry cleaners, quiet neighbours preferable (but this can be 'arranged' by us later). Tinted bullet-proof plate glass windows a definite plus. Please send particulars to you know who @ you know where.
